-My store is based in the UK.
International orders from outside of the UK, please bear in mind that you may have to pay customs/taxes/VAT to receive your order.
If my store doesn't ship to your country, please get in touch and I will try my best to work something out and give postage quotes. (If you are waiting for a response, please check your junk mail!)
-I can not offer international returns/exchanges (I am UK based)
-I am running the store as a micro business alongside my practice as an illustrator (I run this from out of my home studio), please be patient, as I am not a big business.
I try my best to dispatch items twice a week, and dispatch can be anywhere from 2-5 working days.
-If you make a large order, I may have to charge for additional postage costs as some items are tricky to combine for postage.
Bigcartel's shipping profiles work well for small orders, but do not calculate big weights or sizes well with my estimated shipping costs.
